Albert Montenegro
Alberto was born and raised in Southern California. A curiosity for life and the environment led him to earn a bachelor’s degree in biology, from UC San Diego. A passion for traveling and experiencing different cultures opened his eyes to the possibilities that architecture can have in shaping how people behave and interact with their built environment. This pushed Alberto to study architecture, earning a master’s degree in architecture from NewSchool of Architecture and Design in San Diego. Alberto is currently pursuing licensure in California.
A strong conceptual thinker, Alberto can bring his ideas to life through using industry-standard software like Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Illustrator, and Photoshop. His creativity is also expressed through drawing, painting, and model making. Hobbies include hiking, running, rock climbing, yoga, and gardening. With a decade of architectural experience, he is also involved in development projects in Mexico with his family, bringing residential and industrial projects to life south of the border.
