In her role, she helps set direction and shared standards that balance design excellence with schedule and cost responsibility. She works closely with her teams, clients, consultants, HCAi, and contractor partners to build strong, trusting relationships and a collective commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and on budget.

Just as important to her is how we work together. She is deeply invested in developing people, fostering a culture of learning, curiosity, and innovation, and creating an environment where teams feel supported, challenged, and inspired. She continuously explores better ways to deliver our work, with the goal of embedding excellence, collaboration, and care into everything we do.

Outside of work, she loves traveling to discover new places, cultures, and ways of seeing the world. You might also find her at an art gallery opening, reading a good book, hand sketching, practicing Tai Chi, or walking in nature.
