Remodel of a 30,000 square foot former 24-Hour Fitness center into a new senior living community center. Project included a classroom kitchen area, wellness/fitness center with ballet bar and dance floor, assembly room with multi-screen projection screens, game/card room, classrooms, art room facilities, technology training center, and administrative space.
