Sean is a licensed Fire Protection Engineer with over a decade of experience managing fire protection and life safety projects. He applies a code compliance approach to renovations, additions, and new construction for both small-scale and large-scale projects. Additionally, he provides detailed permit level design packages and specifications for all fire protection systems including automatic sprinkler, fire alarm, emergency voice communication and special hazard systems.

Other work includes the evaluation of hazardous material usage and storage arrangements including exempt quantity analysis, recommendations for required construction features and building systems design and analysis unique to material storage and usage.

Sean also provides special inspection services for firestop and smoke control systems as well as commissioning and integrated testing of fire protection and life safety systems.
